- I have questions about registering or how to pay. Who should I

- Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. You can pay via credit card at our registration page or over the phone. You can pay with Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- Can I pay via installments?
Yes. Please call us to organize payment installments.
You'll need to be paid in full before your course begins, unless you're
taking a 10-week PMP prep course. There's a $25 charge to
establish an installment plan.
- Can
you send my company an invoice for the training?
Yes. But the invoice must be paid in full before you attend
the training.
- What
happens if a course is cancelled?
We operate with small class sizes to create optimal learning
environments. However, occasionally, if enrollment is very
low, we may need to cancel a course. If this happens we will
issue you a full refund.
- What is the deadline for me to cancel?
Cancellations received up to fourteen (14) days before the course
are fully refundable. After that, cancellations are subject to the
entire course fee. Substitutions may be made at any time. To
make a substitution, cancel or to reschedule a course, please call
us at 1-866-PM-ASSIST.
- I'm unable to attend part of the course. What can I do?
On a space-available basis, you can make-up the parts of the course you are unable to attend the next time the course is offered.
Please contact us to arrange any make-up sessions.
- Will I receive a certificate?
If you attend at least 80% of the course, you will receive a
course completion certificate. This may be available at the
end of the course, or it may be mailed to you after the course is
complete.
- Where are the courses held?
Courses are held at different locations. Please make sure
you register for the correct location. Directions to all locations are available at the top of the registration page.
- Will I receive a confirmation after I register for a course?
If you register online, you should receive an immediate payment confirmation email directly from PayPal, the credit-card processor. You should also receive a confirmation email and additional information from Key Consulting within 24 to 48 hours.
- What happens in the case of inclement weather?
We make every effort to ensure instructors are available to teach courses, regardless of weather conditions. However, we recognize that
sometimes conditions may prevent you from attending all or part of your course. On a space-available basis, you can make-up the parts of the course you are unable to attend the next time the course is offered. Please contact us to arrange any make-up sessions.
- What is the daily schedule for the courses?
Most courses run 8:00am to approximately 5:00pm, with 1 hour for
lunch. However, you should verify start times when you receive
your confirmation information.
- Could Key Consulting come to my site to deliver training?
Probably. The minimum number of people you'd require would depend on exactly where you're located, but it could be as low as 5 people. Please call us at 1-866-PM-ASSIST to find out more.
